How the Repair Process Works
 

1. Schedule an Appointment
Contact us by phone, message, or online request. We will confirm the appointment and provide an estimated arrival time.
 

2. Professional Diagnostics
The technician arrives and performs a careful inspection of the appliance to identify the exact cause of the problem. Accurate diagnostics allow us to recommend the most effective and reliable repair solution.
 

3. Clear Estimate Before Any Work
After diagnostics, you will receive a clear explanation of the issue along with the total cost of parts and labor. This allows you to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the repair. If you choose not to move forward, only the service call fee for the technician’s visit will apply.
 

4. Parts Ordering (if needed)
If special parts are required, a deposit of approximately 50% of the total repair cost is collected so the necessary components can be ordered. Once the parts arrive, we schedule the second visit at a convenient time to complete the repair.
 

5. Repair Completion
After the parts are available, the repair is completed professionally using quality components and proven repair methods. The remaining balance is paid after the work is finished.
 

6. Same-Day Repairs When Possible
In many cases, we carry commonly needed parts and can complete the repair during the first visit, saving you time and getting your appliance working again as quickly as possible.
 

7. Warranty and Receipt
We stand behind our work and provide a warranty for your peace of mind, along with a clear receipt for the completed service.


Missed Appointment Policy
Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time to provide access to the appliance. If the technician arrives and no one is present or access is not provided within 40 minutes, the standard service call fee will apply, and the technician will proceed to the next scheduled appointment.
